However it is very useful to have as much information as possible about the application in which the flow meter will be mounted (if there are valves, elbows or reductions … and their location respect to the instrument) and to know what particular accessories are required (guided float, alarms, electric transmission, etc..). It is care of our engineers to verify the feasibility of all requests and to propose the most suitable solution.

In both cases, unless you are a regular customer of ASA, it is good practice to ask for a bid to our engineers in order to be informed about delivery times as well as item availability. For spare parts it is necessary to mention the instrument part number, the model, the flow rate, the type of operating fluid and any other data it may be considered needed to better identify the instrument to be replaced (order number, purchasing time, technical specifications).

According to internal process and quality procedures, the purchase order should be sent in advance by e-mail or fax and then sent in original copy by means of regular post service. It is important to specify in the order all instrument’s identification data.
Following these procedures it means to grant a faster and more efficient service to customer.
