Orifice plate Asameters, model O, are calibrated measuring devices suitable for liquid, gas and steam even in extreme operating conditions (high temperature, high pressure and corrosive liquids).
They are manufactured and designed individually according to standard DIN EN ISO 5167 and ASME MFC-14M and provide excellent accuracy and a very wide range of flow rates through the configuration with an extensive range of nominal diameters.
They are sturdy and compact sized, suitable for a quick and easy installation, with low costs of maintenance.
Differential pressure can be converted into a signal proportional to the flow, using a differential pressure transmitter.
Orifice plates model O can be supplied with glass tube Asameters for remote flow measurement (see model D6).
The diameters range is from DN 25 to DN 400 – 1″ to 40″ – according to the following standard ISO 5167:2003 – ASME MFC-14M-2003. On request other sizes according to various standards and rating.
Standard pressure tappings are 1/2″ gas male. On request 1/2″ NPT male.
Construction materials:
-flanges in carbon steel. Upon request stainless steel 316L, Hastelloy C, Monel, Titanium
-calibrated orifice plate in stainless steel 316L. On request: Hastelloy C, Monel, Titanium
-seals in organic fiber and NBR. Other materials on request
