Asameters model L…38 _ 39 all made of stainless steel are designed for low flow rates with any type of gas or liquid also aggressive, at extreme process and environmental conditions (high pressures and/or low or high temperatures).
These Asameters are ideal for flow measurement where safety and product reliability are a must and not require power supply (in standard version with flow indicator only) ensuring a cost-free measure even in hazardous areas.
They can be supplied with flow indicator only or together with a microprocessor board for instantaneous, totalized and percentage flow rate with 4-20 mA output signal, Hart protocol (power supply: 24Vdc ± 10%) and Profibus PA interface (on request). All in 2-wire technology.
Asameters model L…38 _ 39 are also available in intrinsically safe version, ATEX certified EEx ia IIC T6 Zone 0 and Zone 1 (on request) and can be supplied with flameproof Exd design (see Model L 47… 50).

- differential pressure regulator model R880 for flows up to 3 nm3/h (air equivalent), when coupled with L Asameter keeps flow constant in presence of downstream or upstream variable pressure.
It is available with threaded ¼" gas-F or NPT f connections.
The standard differential pressure on regulating valve is 5 mt H2O or 12 mt H2O on request. Manufacturing materials are brass (diaphragm and shutter in buna) or stainless steel 316L (with diaphragm in PTFE and shutter in stainless steel 316L).
Available flow ranges are:
AIR min 1.6 nl/h max 5,000 nl/h (T = 20° C P = 1013 mbar a)
WATER min 0.1 l/h max 160 l/h
Standard connections are threaded 1/2 ” Gas-F (NPT on request) or flanged PN16 DN15 UNI EN1092-1.
Upon request threaded connections 1/4″ NPT-F, flanged ANSI 150..2500; RJ; JIS; or other possible on request, even elbow connections.
The maximum operating temperature in the standard version is 150 ° C and in the version for high temperature is 300° C.
Standard ingress protection of Asameter housing is IP65 (on request IP67).
The materials of construction are stainless steel 316L for the measuring tube, the connections and all wetted parts in contact with the process fluid (on request other materials for example Hastelloy, Monel and Titanium).
The external housing is die-cast aluminum, polyester coated or available in stainless steel 316L (on request).
