Orifice Asameters Z6, also said kinetic Z6, have the measuring tube directly connected to the main flange, therefore the reading is made directly on the pipeline. They are suitable for the measurement of large flow of water or clear liquids and have reading scales largely increased compared to conventional flow rate range of orifice Asameters series D6-S6-U6.
Among their highlights first we recall the linearity of the scale, that allows to perform excellent measurements at low flow rates, with just as good accuracy, and secondly the economic advantage over the diameter of 2 “, compared to other flow devices.
Z6 assembling and maintenance procedure is really very easy. In the measuring glass tube kit, connected to the body by a gear connection, they are included all main components such as float, secondary orifice plate, float stops, gaskets and tube, that make it easy replacement.
They are designed and manufactured especially for use on fire-fighting units and any mounting position and direction of flow are possible.

The diameters ranging are from DN 40 up to DN 350 according to DIN1952 standard. On request we design and manufacture other sizes according todifferent standards.
We can provide flow rates in water with full scale values according to the needs of the customer, since the measuring orifice plates are made and calibrated one by one.
