FLANGED SENSORS

Description

Flanged sensor has a rugged and reliable build. All of its internal components and wiring are isolated from environmental hazards, even the toughest, because the measuring tube in stainless steel 304 and the outer tube in carbon steel are welded to provide a hermetic seal. Therefore it’s free from long-term maintenance.
Easy and fast to install and start up.

The wide range of diameters and electrode materials and finishes of the measuring tube are ideal to meet the most different requirements, especially in process industry to measure conductive fluids.
Even in “extreme” applications: high temperatures (up to 160 ° C) and aggressive solutions and corrosive or abrasive particles.
The flow measurement is absolutely insensitive to density, temperature, pressure and fluid viscosity.

Special flanged connections and body executions entirely of stainless steel are available on request.

The sensor tube is compatible with Asamag and P Series converters.

Technical Specifications

Sizes range from DN4 to DN1000 PN16 and PN10 EN 1092-1. On demand we can provide flanges PN25 – PN40 – PN64 – ANSI 150 – ANSI 300 and others. Also available ISO lengths and on request process connections customized.

Measuring tube ensures a degree of protection IP65 standard. It is possible to request IP68, for use underground or in flooding conditions.

The inner lining of the the measuring tube is:
– PTFE      from DN4 to DN125
– hard rubber  from DN150 to DN1000.
Optional Teflon fiberglass for high temperatures up to 160 ° C from DN4 to DN125.

Electrodes are made of stainless steel 316L for standard executions; on request for heavy duty applications, with acids or corrosive fluids, we will provide them in Monel, Hastelloy C, Titanium, Tantalum, and others.
